Broseley Joggers have been busy in 2016!

Our club has had a presence on a number of races over the year. We have members who are not aiming to win any of the prizes but love to compete or to just take part, who do the very best they can in each and every race they enter. Some of these races have been:

Market Drayton 10K

Paris Marathon

Shin Dig in the Shire Half Marathon

Buildwas Mud Challenge with Kickass

Severn Valley Trail Run 10K

Colour Run

Seven Bridges 10K

Birmingham half marathon

Spitfire 10K

Ironbridge Half marathon

Lilleshall 10K

Etc.…

The club was also actively involved in other events such as holding an open night with Pizza party as part of the Broseley Totally Locally event, and with the Parkrun Takeover where we provided marshals.

As part of the social events, the club organised a canoeing trip which was a real treat and of course the always popular Christmas Social. Some of the club members have also been enjoying a regular get-together at the local quiz night.
