Tibberton Trot 10K – 2024

On Sunday 15th September, 205 runners braved the rain to complete the fourth running of the Tibberton Trot, a 10km multi-terrain race which combines the local community in the village of Tibberton, and Newport & District RC. Places sold out this year, for the first time since the race’s inception in 2019, proving that it has gained in popularity year-on-year, despite the Covid-induced hiatus in 2020 and 2021.

Starting and finishing at Tibberton school, on the playing fields, the course takes runners on a lap of the village, before going off-road and touring the local countryside, via fields, track and country lanes. This year, the weather served up a cool, damp day, with only brief dry periods during the race.
