Update about club run sessions
As the club grows, so does the diversity of desires from our members. So we plan to give an option of a longer / harder run once a month. We will be going further, probably 10K, and will need to be a bit quicker so we can finish at a sensible time.
Details of the intended route will be posted in advance so there’s no surprises, although getting lost might still be an option.
The usual club rules still apply; we loop back to the slowest in the group and no-one gets dropped
The regular club run will still take place at the same time so there is something for everyone.
