Broseley Joggers Members Conquer Telford T50 Challenge Relay!

On Saturday June 18th, 19 enthusiastic members of the Broseley Joggers laced up their running shoes and took on the formidable Telford T50 Challenge Relay. This event covers a 50-mile pre-planned running route around Telford, and our team was more than ready for the challenge!

Kicking off the relay in the Town Park was Laura Heath & Justin Tench, both set a strong pace before handing over the baton to Paul Sheldon. The team’s dedication and teamwork were evident as each member took their turn, contributing to the collective effort of completing the entire 50-mile route.

It was a day filled with camaraderie, determination, and the shared joy of running through the beautiful Telford scenery. A huge shoutout to all participants for their incredible effort and to everyone who supported us along the way.

A special thank you to Jonathan who organised the whole event and guided us all around the various meeting points around the town.

News from the organisers are that our time this year is a ‘very competitive effort’……..let’s hope we can retain the trophy from last year.
